These terms describe use of the Qalytix website. A separate written agreement defines any paid testing engagement, deliverables, confidentiality and commercial terms.
Website purpose
This website presents Qalytix software testing capabilities and provides a way to send a project inquiry. Content describes potential coverage; the exact scope and availability of any service must be confirmed in writing.
No engagement created by a form
Submitting an inquiry does not create a service contract, reserve capacity or establish a delivery date. Pricing, responsibilities, access, acceptance criteria and payment arrangements must be agreed separately.
Use the website responsibly
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit malicious content or impersonate someone else. Provide information you are authorized to share and do not include credentials or confidential third-party records in the public form.
Testing scope and evidence
QA findings reflect the versions, environments, data and scenarios included in an agreed engagement. Website content does not promise that software will be defect-free, secure in every circumstance, approved by an app store or compliant with a particular regulation. Specialist security audits and formal compliance assessments require a separate scope.
Website content and third-party material
Qalytix website copy and visual assets are provided for information about the company and its services. Do not present them as your own business identity or service claims. Any separately identified third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights. External links are governed by their own terms.
Availability and accuracy
Reasonable care is taken with website information, but pages may change and technical interruptions can occur. Confirm material service details directly with Qalytix before relying on them for a project decision. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded by this page.
